Shipping and Returns
Most orders are delivered in 3 to 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays . Orders delivered to destinations in Hawaii and Alaska take longer to ship.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check the status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@artizenway.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Orders delivered to destinations within the contiguous United States ship for free. Shipping fees for orders headed to Hawaii and Alaska are assessed at check-out.
All items can be returned in 30 days for a full refund. Items must be in the condition you received them in with hang tags attached and in the original packaging. Return shipping is free inside the continental US. If you want to return a product, please reach out to us at support@artizenway.com. Include your name, order number and reason for return.

All orders ship via UPS and USPS to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
We currently only ship within the United States.
